The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia Distinguished Scholar Awards 2025
The Trustees of The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia are pleased to announce this year’s recipients of The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia Distinguished Scholar Awards in the United States of America:

“The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia’s Distinguished Scholar Award reflects a shared commitment across our global community to enhance communication and quality of life for people living with aphasia. It is a privilege to join a group of scholars and clinicians whose work continues to advance the field. I am deeply grateful for the recognition and will use the award’s support to compensate the clients and families who make my research possible.” Jeanne Gallée, University of Washington

I am so honored to be named one of this year’s recipients of the Distinguished Scholar Award from the Tavistock Trust for Aphasia. I’m grateful for this recognition of my work to improve language recovery and quality of life for those living with aphasia. It has been inspiring to connect with others in the field who share similar goals, and I look forward to continuing this important work for many years to come.
